Cracked Racquets Welcomes Owen Alderman to 2023 Intern Class

Cracked Racquets, LLC, the leading source for all things tennis, is proud to announce the addition of Owen Alderman to its 2023 intern class.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Owen is currently pursuing a degree in Data Science for Political Science at American University in Washington D.C. Despite his academic pursuits, he has never lost his passion for tennis, which began when he picked up the sport at the age of 10. Owen’s commitment to tennis and his love for the game have only grown stronger over the years, and he is now a devoted fan of players JJ Wolf, Ben Shelton, and Casper Ruud.

“I am thrilled to be joining the Cracked Racquets team,” said Owen. “It’s an incredible opportunity to work in a field that I’m passionate about and to learn from such talented and knowledgeable people. I’m excited to contribute to the great work that’s already being done here and to help elevate the coverage of the sport even further.”

Dalton Thieneman, Cracked Racquets’ CEO and Founder, expressed his enthusiasm for Owen’s arrival, saying, “We are excited to formally announce that Owen has joined the CR family. Owen is an impressive guy – his work ethic and enthusiasm for tennis are evident in everything he does. Our coverage has dramatically improved in the short time since he started, and we can’t wait to share what idea he comes up with and executes next.”

As an intern with Cracked Racquets, Owen will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, including research, writing, and multimedia content creation. His passion for tennis and his commitment to excellence will undoubtedly make him a valuable addition to the team.
